I strongly suspect that some weather warfare technology is being used in 2026, including possibly ionospheric heaters like the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). U.S. covert op Jay Pendelton is also suspected of rarely using weather warfare weapons and rarely using tectonic [or earthquake] weapons.

History of U.S. interest in weather warfare (and/or weather modification) from 1954-now
May 28, 1954: Weather Made to Order in collier's magazine.

Jan. 1963: New Horizons of Naval Research and Development, By William F. Raborn, Vice Admiral, U. S. Navy, in the United States Naval Institute Jan. 1963 Proceedings. The CIA declassified one page of their copy of the article on 2000/06/13. In his article he wrote:
"Environmental Warfare
The possibilities for the military employment of the “weather weapon” may be as diverse as they are numerous..."

1965-1966: William Raborn , the who wrote the 1963 article promoting weather warfare research, is promoted to be the director of the CIA for 14 months from 1965-1966.
1967-1972: The U.S. military used weather warfare in Operation Popeye during the Vietnam War.
1978: The Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD), formally the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques, is an international treaty prohibiting the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects.
1979-1992: The CIA named their multibillion dollar covert project that kicked the Russians out of Afghanistan and helped win the Cold War "Operation Cyclone". (Has the CIA acquired any technology that can produce, modify, and/or steer cyclones [including tropical cyclones/hurricanes and mesocyclones that are part of supercells that might form tornados]?)
2009: That's Impossible: Weather Warfare, a History channel video, provides a video introduction to the topic.

March 10, 2010: Manufacturing the Weather from Distillations Magazine from the Science History Institute Museum & Library. In the article the author wrote:
"An image of a technocrat pulling the levers of weather control appeared on the cover of Collier’s in 1954. The United States was in a weather-control race with the U.S.S.R., and a Strategic Air Command general had just announced in the press that the nation that controlled the weather would control the world. The accompanying article, by President Dwight D. Eisenhower’s weather adviser Harold Orville, included ways of conducting weather warfare."

Jay Pendelton's allegedly rarely use of covert weather warfare technology
Jay's prior activities and/or claimed activities involve Jay's alleged involvement in some potentially very expensive covert weather warfare and/or tectonic weapons disasters costing billions of dollars.

in 2023, Jay Pendelton claimed to be interested in [presumable tracking, exacerbating, and/or causing] major weather disasters. In Sept. 2023, my finances improved, and Jay started paying more attention to sabotaging/persecuting me instead of weather disasters. There is an odd possible correlation between Jay's claimed 2023 time management and U.S. government data on major 2023 weather disasters.
